Upon registration, a deposit of $700 is required to hold your space.*  The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable, unless we are forced to cancel the retreat. Please send your deposit via PayPal to info@sandsoftimeretreats.com. Please contact us if you wish to use other means of payment: info@sandsoftimeretreats.com

We recommend you do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until we notify you that minimum enrollment number is met.

Rates:

Early Registration - Before April 12, 2026

​

• $2,230 – single occupancy
• $2,100 – double occupancy
• $2,030 – non-dancer rate, single occupancy
• $1,900 – non-dancer rate, double occupancy

After April 12, 2026:

​

• $2,480 – single occupancy
• $2,350 – double occupancy
• $2,250– non-dancer rate, single occupancy
• $2,150 – non-dancer rate, double occupancy
